LNG refuelling stations

In partnership with major players in cryogenic equipment, CRYOLOR has developed turnkey solutions to address LCNG (2) small scale refueling stations. CRYOLOR accompanies the customer throughout the project from the layout to the start up.

Together with the different Group entities from Air Liquide, or in consortium with outside partners such as cryogenic pump manufacturers & engineering companies, CRYOLOR proposes turn-key LNG refueling Stations.


For refueling stations, LNG tanks’ typical sizes are from 50,000L to 150,000L (Bigger & smaller sizes available on demand). LNG Tanks are custom engineered in order to take in account the location and its environment, and the refill cycle. Design Pressure is generally between 17 to 23 bar.

Automation system and database management

Remote control of the actuated valves  from a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). All key parmeters of the LNG tank can be monitored remotely with trouble shooting in case of an emergency. All our stations are proposed with double stage regulations using -automated- valves.

From layout, load calculation, PID (Piping & Instrumentation Plan), to seismic & wind risk analysis, our teams will support all what is related to the LNG storage tank installed in your location.
