Such equipment is often used for difficult-to-access sites such as oxygen for hospital, to refill small liquid containers or for the distribution of emergency repairs (using liquefied gas) or inerting purposes.
CRYOLOR’s vacuum isolated 18bar cryogenic mobile tank is equipped with a Pressure Building Coil to vaporize gas and it doesn’t need a pump. Therefore the investment is reduced as this mobile unit is immediately operational.
The mobile tank is built in compliance with current European Pressure Directives & ADR for the transport of liquid nitrogen, oxygen or argon.3 standard models are available from 8,000 to 14,000 liters with a Maximum Allowable Working Pressure of 261psig. This equipment addresses the same applications as the low pressure mobile tank.
Holding time & payload
Super-isolation in multilayers guarantees a better stability of the liquefied gas, for optimized holding time. The tank design and the use of that super-isolation enables to reduce the tank’s weight, and therefore to maximize the payload.
